One unit = One temperature sensor, and one heater sensor.
Both sensors have numbers(only visuable with microscope), and always two items with the same number should be mounted .
The connecting points on the sensor are from silver, and therefore need to be soldered with specific ‘no clean’ silver solder tin.
These OE units have always a certain tolerance, and therefore our customers need to do a specific (quite difficult) calibration process after mounting. (we are not allowed to supply this calibration process to our customers, as it is not ours)
Also, the customer needs to remove a adaption airflow value inside the ECU (by software), after mounting new sensors. |
